CANCELLATION POLICY
We charge full price for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time. *Please contact us if there is a medical or family emergency* We do give a 10 minute grace period when running late. If you are running 15 mins late, your service may have to be modified. If you are running late past 20 mins this will result in the cancellation of your appointment and cancellation policy will be enforced which is 100% of your service fee. You will need to rebook on a different day. Please do not show up more than 10 minutes early to your appointment. We will not be able to take you more than 5 mins before your appointment.
